Free Shipping Policy - Very Important!
Free shipping is valid on shipments in the 48-Continental United States,
where the purchase total is over $199.00 USD. Large packages may require
additional shipping charges. When prompted at checkout, US customers that
meet Free Shipping requirements must select "Free Ground Shipping (restrictions
apply)" as their shipping method in order to take advantage of this promotion.
This offer does not apply for shipments to PO Boxes, APO & FPO Addresses,
Expedited Delivery, or International Orders.
Shipping Policy - Very, Very Important!
Avoid Processing Delays AND Order Cancellation!
We MUST have your correct BILLING ADDRESS for verification by your credit card
company. This is the address that they use to send you your monthly statement.
If any of the information is incorrect, it will delay your order and additional
processing charges may apply. We will contact you if there are any problems.
Please understand that this is an internet credit card processing regulation to
insure online security and is required by all credit card issuers.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover require Billing Address
Verification and only allow us to ship to a verified alternate address. If
you wish to have your order shipped to an address other than your Billing
Address, the shipping address must be added to your credit card account so it
can be verified:
1) Please contact your credit card issuer at their customer service dept (phone
numbers located on the back of your card or on your monthly statement).
2) Inform the credit card issuer that you would like to add an authorized
alternative shipping address to your account. The information will remain on
file for future orders.
